The dialogue of the town guards is for Nevis Pirate settlement.

Ask them directions and be really confused :rotfl

Updating status to: Confirmed Bug

Yep. All new towns NEED to have their own dialogs written.
That'd be quite simple to do, but a fair amount of work.
I still hope some day someone will pick up that project.
