    There used to be a Renaissance Faire in my area. Then it moved too far away to get to. But at the same time a Pirate Festival sprang up. The first one was a promotional thing with cast members from PotC there. Then it took off. Now there is a two mast ship sailing up and down the channel blasting its cannons, and a shore battery firing back. Also Redcoats and Militia firing their muskets.
