icon_mrgreen1.gif dev.gif I love Portugal !!!

Iv seen in other forums and posts ( not in Pirates Ahoy!) that there are many gamers sending petitions to Koei so that Uncharted Waters Online is released in english. ( For those who dont know yet UWO is a massive multiplayer game about explorers traders and adventurers in the 1500 s allowing players online to sail around the whole world)

My question is: Does all these petitions and e mails sent to Koei make sense ?

Do they read them ?

And if yes How can we here at Pirates Ahoy as a community of gamers make ourselves heared like the rest to Koei ?

When we went to the last E3, we were not allowed to take photos brcause of whatever reason. Since then I think between William and myself we have sent about 15 emails requesting infor or even the PR in charge of it and they have not replied to any of them. Koiei it seems are just a prick to deal with so im not really fussed if they do or not.

Yeah, KOEI is a bunch of big bed wetting doodyheads. We tried to get as much info as possible and they NEVER return calls nor `e-mails`.

If the Japanese version is successful, then believe that they will want to gain as much money as possible and open it up to the English speaking/reading world. That is where the big bucks are made in games.

I think you've hit the nail on the head, William. If they make money with their Japanese version, they'll be sure to open it up to English speaking/reading countries... Money talks... yes.gif
